Mr. Ernie Weissman, editor-in-chief of “Travel Weekly,” one of the largest travel magazines in the U.S., experienced our service and wrote an article entitled “Traditional touches, room to spare in Japan’s machiyas.”
He stayed at IORI TAKAYAMA, one of the few inns in Hida Takayama with an open-air bath. In the article, the article describes not only about IORI STAY, our decentralized machiya hotel, but also about our “Private Kaiseki Dinner Service,” which we provide in cooperation with a kaiseki chef.
